Important:
- For the procedures in this part to be successful, you must have a working SSL certificate.
- A legitimate SSL certificate can be purchased from Sectigo or your preferred SSL certificate supplier.
Follow these steps to manually renew an SSL certificate that has expired without utilizing AutoSSL:
- Open cPanel and log in as the user.
- Go to cPanel > Security » SSL/TLS » Manage SSL Sites to access the Manage SSL Hosts screen.
- From the Domain menu, choose the domain that has the expired certificate.
- Configure the text fields listed below the Install an SSL Website section.
- (CRT) Certificate.
- (KEY) Private Key.
- CABUNDLE stands for Certificate Authority Bundle.
Note: The server will typically retrieve the CA bundle during installation from a public repository, so you typically don't need to provide it.
5. Select Install Certificate.
