Overview

You may access all of your mailboxes using this interface, and you can also delete lengthy or outdated messages.

Account

From the Account menu, pick the account you want to change.

Note:
Only cPanel accounts have access to the Account menu. The message won't show up in Webmail accounts.

For a more focused search, use the Search text box.

The mailboxes table

A list of mailboxes is contained in the mailbox table. This data can be sorted by name, message count, or disk consumption.

  • Mailbox Name — The name of the mailbox.
  • # of Messages — The number of messages for the address or in the mailbox folder.
  • Disk Usage — The disk usage for each address or mailbox, in bytes, kilobytes (KB), megabytes (MB), or gigabytes (GB).

Note:
These statistics might not accurately reflect recent changes in your account's storage space as a result of system caching.
Actions — The mailbox's available actions.

Remove messages

Follow these methods to get rid of messages:

1. Choose Manage.
2. Choose one of the following choices for removal from the menu:

  • 1 year or older
  • 30 MB or more in size
  • earlier viewed
  • every message
  • Custom query... — Using the Dovecot search query syntax, you can personalize your removal choice with this selection. Select this option and type greater 10M in the text box, for instance, to delete all messages that are larger than 10MB.
